Learners are able to complete extra curricular badges at home to allow them to earn points on their Curriculum Vitae (CV’s). Badges are available to complete in each CV area – Sports, Services and Duties, Culture and Arts and Academic.
Learners can download the Badge Activity sheet from the Highlands Website or collect a physical sheet from the Badge Folder in the Deputy Principals office. Learners complete selected tasks from the badge Activity sheet then submit their completed tasks to the staff member responsible for marking the Badge.
If learners are unsure who marks a particular badge they need to talk to the Deputy Principals.
Once marked, the Badge work is returned and the Learner can purchase a badge for their school Jersey. These cost $10 and can be paid for at the school office or via online banking. Learners can then have the points signed off on their CV.
